GLOW & DANCE UV PARTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your payment of the non-refundable partial payment confirms that GLOW & DANCE UV PARTIES will attend the above venue at the stated time and date.
By paying the partial payment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, extra charges and the cancellation policy:
Please ensure there is room for DJ and face painting equipment, including tables and ample sockets.
We need to be informed if the party will be held upstairs and/or parking is not immediately next to the venue entrance – an extra charge will be added to cost (see below).
We will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the time stated to set up our equipment and require immediate access to the venue on arrival.
It is the responsibility of the booker to ensure the venue is made as dark as possible for the UV lights to work their best and to check for curtains, skylights etc beforehand.
Children aged 3 and over and are happy/willing will only be face painted. Children with cold sores, eczema, open wounds, look unwell, runny noses etc will not be painted as strict hygiene conditions are adhered.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform all invited guests/responsible adult that there will be face painting at the event and it is the guest/responsible adult to inform us beforehand if they do not wish to be painted.
Staff of Glow & Dance are not responsible for the childrens’ behaviour during the booking.
Photos will be taken throughout the time. Please read the privacy statement on the Facebook page. Please inform a team member before the start of the event if you have any questions about this.
The face painter can only paint the number of children stated above during the time of the event.
We are fully insured with PLI for up to £5 million and our equipment is PAT tested.

Upstairs in venue: £20
Extra travel costs over 12 miles from Brentwood: quote given according to location
Cancellation policy:
If you contact us to cancel you agree to:
15+ days before booking: no refund on partial payment
3-14 days before booking: 50% of total due to be paid by date of booking
Less than 48 hours before booking: 100% of total due to be paid within 48 hours of contacting us.
